ITS Summer School 2012

The European Commission Joint Research Centre, together with the COST Action MULTITUDE and the Network of Excellence NEARCTIS is organizing the 2nd MULTITUDE-NEARCTIS Summer School.

The school will be hosted by the EC JRC of Ispra, Italy, in the period June 6-8, 2012.

During three intensive days, it will provide attendants with training on the evaluation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) measures, including the core methodologies for the quantification of the impacts, the multi-criteria analysis and the management of uncertainty.

Several case studies will be presented and a practicum will guide attendants through the application of the whole assessment process.

The school is targeted to graduate and PhD students, engineers, researchers, consultants and government employees who wish to improve their understanding of the assessment of ITS solutions.

Participants from COST Countries will receive a flat contribution of 200 Euro per person
